[Ailist] Integration of Vital Smarts (aka "crucial conversations")and AI

Has anyone had an experience integrating  the prepackaged organizational training product "Crucial Confrontations" or "Crucial Conversations "produced by Vital Smarts with AI?  
The organization where I work is making great effort to keep things in alignment ,weave projects/ and projects and these are being seen as 2 separate initiatives.  I could use some advice on linking them together in the sprit of alignment.
