I am so very heartened by your expression about the American people of  
the USA. Thank you.

As to Portuguese -- in other list serves that I belong to, there are  
threads that are in other languages. (This is especially effective in  
a collaborative space which a list serve is not, of course.) As Jane  
said, this is a list serve that is open. Perhaps it is open to  
Portuguese as well, and those who know it will respond. Just a thought.
