Hi all
I am involved in a project where we have been very intentional in the use of AI, positive psychology and the VIA. The process started with a workshop on positive psychology and an overview of the VIA. We then moved to coaching by strength groups and individual coaching where folks created a strengths plan. We will conclude the project with an AI with the whole system. In effect we are wedding individual "positive core"and the systems "positive core". The process has been very successful.

Appreciatively
Joan
