>Hi Carol,

I have used a model called the Enneagram which describes nine
motivational styles. While the Enneagram is often used for looking at
both dark and light sides of each style, my ex-partner and I have
used it with leaders when we looked at only the light side (or
"strengths" of each style. I thought it worked well.

However, the Enneagram is a complex model, and takes quite a bit of
time to really understand. It's a lifetime practice!
