Maree,

We have created appreciative prayers in the context of AI but they are
focused on the needs of the particular group. The Provocative propositions
become Possibility Prayers! If you would like to know more contact me
directly.

The other resource I use frequently is "Always We Begin Again: The
Benedictine Way of Living" by John McQuiston II. These are prayers and
reflections that have an appreciative focus. Since the Benedictine rule is
about living in community it is appropriate for leadership retreats for
communities and organizations of faith.

I have also asked participants to bring their favorite prayer - it becomes
an exercise in appreciation and connection.

Dear Friends on this great exchange point.

I am wondering if any of you have who operate in spiritual/religious
contexts, have created or come across short but meaningful Appreciative
prayers suitable for starting or concluding points of workshops???

If there are any out there I would be very grateful for links or texts.
