Stan,
Right on to both of your points.
Just to continue this idea of a major shift in the paradigm occurring, in
todays paper, the military has made yet another what I consider major shift
to eliminating the anti-drug force. Instead of trying to fight the poppy
industry, they are going to help people develop alternative crops and ways
of earning a living that will make their need to grow poppies unnecessary.
These are subtle shifts that have the potential for significant impact.
