Hi Mike!

I educate mediators and I have used AI as a listening exercise. I'll give them few appreciative questions and then they interview each other (pairs). The interviewer writes the answers and to be able to do that he has to make sure he has understand what is told to him. Everybody has just loved thís exercise and it contain the three most important ingredients of communication - listening-questioning-summarizing.

If I had to name the exercise, it would probably be something like "I see You, I hear You".
