Applied Behavioral Science and AIConsulting. The format includes
presentations and open space dialogue groups. Featured this year, among
others, are:
Sheila McNamee - noted author and teacher in the field of Social
Constructionism. This session grounds those who use AI in the ideas and
practices of this foundational theory upon which AI is built.
Joep de Jong and Dan Saint - Two high level directors (British
Telecom and Jefferson Wells) who are pioneers in AI as a management process.
Both have set records for accomplishments and are recognized as highly
successful innovative leaders.
Mette Jacobsgaard - An AI Practitioners who has pioneered the use
of AI for "Valuation" of programs and projects across the globe. Mette has
lived and worked in Asia and Africa, and has used AI with such diverse
groups as Torture Survivors and street children in the developing countries.
Mette lives in the UK.
David Shaked - Also from the UK, David was a manager in a large

he has taken AI and transformed those 2 well known processes into
solution-focused AI. David is creating some exciting innovations for the
field of OD.
Marilee Adams - Author of the best-selling book "Change Your
Questions; Change Your Life," Marilee has generously offered to lead a
3-hour workshop focused on the power of questions and how that relates to
AI. Marilee is the founder of The Inquiry Institute (you can google for more
info!)
July 26 - 32 - AI Human Interaction Lab with Tom Osborn, Sushma Sharma &
Mette Jacobsgaard
This workshop is based on the belief that to be a "master" change agent, one
must first understand how his/her behavior affects a group and how the
groups' behavior impacts him/her. This is the basic NTL workshop created by
the founders in the 1940's. The focus on an appreciative approach to this
process makes the workshop even more impactful. It is foundational to the
work of those who facilitate change.
