Without carefully assessing current reality, we can¹t discern the underlying
structures and patterns. So, even though we craft visions, take actions,
connect with others, the underlying structures prevail and shape our
behaviour.
To change that behavior, you have to change the structure underlying it. To
change the structure, you have to be aware of it and how it affects you..
