Understand the current structure, where you want it to be, and what the
gap is can be defined by my framework:

I use this for both macro and micro situations. Understand the
underlying mood of your culture by understanding percieved rights and
duties and the local moral order as well as the actions that people
undertake. By adjusting these four components of underlying mood you
will change the structure underlying behaviour.

Not a panacea, but it works for me.

Excellent point, Marti!

Without carefully assessing current reality, we can¹t discern the
underlying
structures and patterns. So, even though we craft visions, take actions,
connect with others, the underlying structures prevail and shape our
behaviour.

To change that behavior, you have to change the structure underlying it.
To
change the structure, you have to be aware of it and how it affects
you..

Great stuff!
Thanks.
