Hi Rainer,
Happy to talk with you about what we did for Heathside School. I suggest you
check out the AI Commons first, though. There is an abundance of materials
about AI in schools there.

Subject: [Ailist] AI Seminar-ideas
Dear colleages,
I'm going to run a 3-day seminar with 12 people (all principles of a
secondary school in germany) about appreciative inquiry. Issues are
background, prerequisites, methods, how to apply ai. Expectations of the
participants will be to find out, if and how ai can be usefull for the
change process of their school. I guess the focus will be how to work with
the staff rather than with the entire school including students and parents.
Usually there is a limitation to have just 1.5 days for the original
conference.
My question: Do you have experiences or ideas about contents and methods how
to convey the basics of ai in this context? I'm gratefull to hear your
suggestions,
kindest regards
Rainer
