[Ailist] Call for Papers: International Journal of Training and Development (IJST) - Special Issue in Organization Development - JUNE 17th - Abstract Due

Dear Colleagues:

 

Attached is a final reminder and Call for Papers for the International Journal of Training and Development that will have a special issue of the journal on research in organization development (OD), change management, positive organizational scholarship, and related fields.

 

The deadline for the Abstract has been extended until June 17, 2009.  If you are interested an abstract of no more than 750 words should be sent to

William J. Rothwell at ‘William J. Rothwell’ at wjr9 at psu.edu〉 and to ‘Jackie Stavros’ at jstavros at comcast.net by Wednesday, June 17, 2009. If the abstract is accepted, first drafts of articles will need to be submitted by 30 November 2009.  

 

Abstracts should include, in an attached document, the proposed author’s name, title, e-mail address and affiliation. The abstract should state clearly (1) the main purpose of the paper, (2) the key research topic that is to be explored in the proposed paper, (3) a research summary that includes research hypotheses or research questions, methodology, sample, findings, and tentative conclusions, and (4) the intended contribution of

the paper to knowledge and practice in the study of OD or related fields.
