Hi AI Enthusiasts,
I am very excited to announce that I am presenting a new planning tool at a
one-day workshop in September in Washington,DC that I thought might be of
interest to the community.  In my work I am often asked if there is a simple
way to introduce a strength-based focus to the work we do on a daily basis.
So here it is, LEAD, a simple 4-step process that draws on the principles of
Appreciative Inquiry and other strength-based approaches.  I have attached a
flyer with the details.
