I think when Mark asked about the video, he was referring to this
statement about the work Marge and Jackie did at NECC: "NECC has a seven
minute video that describes their process." 

Do you know if NECC sells their video?

The book is available from Thin Book Publishing, on Amazon (Kindle
immediately), and on Barnes & Noble. Currently, it is still priced at
Thin Book at a pre-order discount. The actual book begins to ship on 23
July. 

There is no video - but that is a good idea.
