Mike,

I don't know of any off hand, but you could contact children's
therapist--there may be an organization of therapist/association that
focuses specifically on children.

School counseling associations might also be a good resource or publishers
who specialize in children's emotional health and well-being.  Search
specifically for school counseling book publishers.
