All this discussion on free will, brings back memories of BF Skinner Beyond  
Freedom and Dignity.
 
At that time there was the question that if we dont have free will in  
essence we never can be blaed for our actions.
 
In essence, all our thoughts come from someplace else.
Very often our desire to do something is based on the reaction we receive  
after we decide to do something in reaction to something else.
 
In essence our free will is based on how we view something and the choice  we 
make to do something.
