HI Chris
I am including the assessment used by the International Association of
Facilitators and I also use it in the ToPR (Technology of participation)
training that I do.

I must add, since this is my first time popping up in this list, that I have
deep appreciation for all the voices and conversations that occur here. I
have been listening and enriching my life through this listserv for about 18
months. .Thank you all.

Subject: [Ailist] Facilitation Training Feedback

Hi all,
I am in the ever-evolving process of the ongoing development of a
facilitation or 'train-the-trainers' training for the workshop we run on
'Intentional (trauma-informed) Peer Support'
www.mentalhealthpeers.com We are integrating more and more AI materials,
principles etc. into our work, and I'm wondering if anyone on this list has
a good list of questions/criteria for participants to evaluate one another's
facilitation skills.
Also, what criteria do folks use to evaluate/measure performance?
Many thanks
Chris Hansen
