The attached document was prepared by Carolanne Kozic.  Although it's written to be used in celebration of the anniversary of a marriage, I think the questions provoke some honest reflection on the relationship from an appreciative perspective.  Although I can't remember where I found this, I have given it to several friends who were experiencing challenges in their relationships, and they have found it helpful to re-focus on what's right about the relationship.  I hope it's helpful.  At least it's a place to start.
