Re:  Relationship Repair/Building.  I suggest all of John Gottman's work.  

He has provided insightful, research-based advice based on his decades of
great work on

marriages at the University of Washington in Seattle.  All of his books are

great and help us see the basic building blocks of relationships.  While he 

doesn't make the leap that his marriage work applies to all relationships, I
do!

He recently was cited in an article in the Harvard Business Review.
