Greetings to all: It looks like 2009 will be a watershed year: a year of great anticipation, change, and hope throughout the world.  There will be many significant changes to our lives (as if there hasn't been already!) ... and Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and all that it stands for, can and should be one of the key levers of positive change! Would you please check your schedule for 23 to 26 July (Thursday to Sunday).  Those are the dates of the fourth Annual AI Colloquy in Bethel Maine!   The AI Colloquy is an unique event, pioneered by Jane Magruder Watkins in 2006, where practitioners  and curious learners from all over the world come together to learn, share  and co-create new understanding and insights about AI.  Based on the results of previous AI Colloquys the synergy from the highly interactive dialogue will have a very positive effect on your practice and, through you, on the world.  The event will have both scheduled speakers on specific topics and discussions on events that you will choose.  And, because it is an NTL-sponsored event, there will be the early-morning Sunrise Seminars!  Sushma Sharma and Dennis Baird will Co-Chair this event.  Some great ideas which promise to make this an unforgetable event are in the first stages of development and, as time passes and people are confirmed, we will pass on what is happening!   There is more to come,  But, in the meantime, please seriously look at clearing your schedule for the AI Colloquy and check the NTL site for attending the event (at NTL.org).
