[Ailist] An interesting approach on communicating organizational values

To All:
 
I know I tend to ask questions so I thought you might find this interesting.
Over the past year my organization HeartShare has been working on refining 
our mission, vision and values.
It has been a long journey but we are almost there.
The following approach was to communicate what HeartShare is all about as 
well as show an appreciation for our staff and consumers.
So if anyone is interested we decided to communicate our organizational 
values on YuTube.
The kickoff is Monday but it is already on the web.

PS The last picture is of the group that is currently participating in our 
thre part management training program. A while back I was asking questions about 
leadership so this is the group that has been following a path on leadership.
