Hello all,
I hope that the holidays have been a relaxing and joyful time for all of you
and that you enter 2009 with enthusiasm and optimism for yourselves and all
those that you care about.
I wanted to provide a heads up for those of you in the Pacific Northwest and
surrounding areas. On March 23 and 24, Jackie Stavros will be in Vancouver,
B.C. to facilitate a two day SOAR workshop – appreciative strategic planning
with the field’s leading expert.
As with our highly successful AI conference in February 2007, significant
early bird and group discounts have been established. In addition, the
strong American dollar (relative to the Canadian one at least!) means that
workshop attendees will receive a significant discount on workshop fees,
accommodations, etc. We have also attached this workshop to a weekend so
that those of you who want to spend an extra couple of days in the Vancouver
area can do so. Vancouver is consistently rated as one of the top five
cities in the world and the end of March is a wonderful time to visit.
The workshop is being held at the Sutton Place Hotel – one of Vancouver’s
premiere boutique hotels (5 Diamond rating from AAA). A very special room
rate of $129/night has been negotiated with the hotel and this price is also
applicable for dates immediately preceding and following the workshop for
the convenience of our guests wishing to extend their stay in Vancouver.
Beginning this Thursday, more information on the workshop and accommodations
can be found at HYPERLINK

addition, feel free to contact me directly for any further information.
Best regards,
