Great--I'll have to check those out!  I've written a few columns about Joseph Campbell that are posted on my blog at http://vocatusidaho.blogspot.com--most recent would be the second post down on the front page of my blog--Campbell and metaphor...

I think Campbell is an underutilized resource that can benefit everyone--I incorporate it into my counseling/coaching practice as much as possible!

"You have to let go of the life you've planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for you." --Joseph Campbell

"Don't Panic."--The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

"Vocatus," meaning "Called," is the Latin root origin of such words as vocation and evoke.  What calls you?

A book by Paul Rebillot, "The Call to Adventure" describes the
hero's
journey process he teaches all over the world.

I am integrating the Hero's Journey (process of transformation) into the AI
Certification program we teach through The Leading Clinic. Here's some
information on it:

http://proactionassociates.com/site_LeadingClinic/section_home/index.htm

Finally, I wrote a short piece on this for an early AI Practitioner:

Developing Appreciative* Leaders: Initiating the Hero¹s Journey, by Sherene
Zolno, pages 10-11, AI Newsletter November 2000, special issue, #11,
available for free download at:
www.aipractitioner.com/NewSHop/aipracbackiss.htm
(scroll to the bottom of the page)

Have fun with these resources!
