Imagine Chicago is very pleased to announce the launch of its new website www.imaginechicago.org Like all of my other children, it arrived later than I expected and the pain of labor has been immediately forgotten in the delight of beholding something new and alive.

It is devoted to making accessible (and freely available) resources developed by Imagine Chicago, gathering questions of public interest around which we can organize interesting conversations, and sharing information about upcoming learning opportunities. Registration is now available online there for all of the masterclasses and workshops Imagine Chicago is offering this spring, and there are substantial discounts in effect for registration prior to Feb. 28.

We hope you will enjoy the new site and would welcome your feedback about it. Great credit and appreciation is due to our webmaster Karen Dortch of Webscapes in Richmond, VA, whom I had the pleasure of getting to know when I was working on an event there on Democracy and Inclusion. She also produced the Ubumama site for us www.ubumama.org. As many of you know, I am a big fan of skilled birth attendants, and she was the best possible midwife for bringing this new creation to birth. If any of you are in the market for a new website, I give her my highest endorsement!

Hope you enjoy it!

Warm regards,
Bliss
