If you are not already familiar with her work, I suggest you visit
Jackie Kelm's website, at http://www.appreciativeliving.com.

She has prepared materials for what she terms "Appreciative Living
Learning Circles", groups that meet four times for about 90 minutes
each. She suggests that smaller groups (up to about 10) are better, for
participants to be able to have meaningful interaction within that time
frame. The Circles can be expanded to up to 20 people, but then
discussion times become a factor. More than 20 participants may require
changing the structure or the presentation.

Several people in the US and elsewhere have agreed to facilitate
Learning Circles, and I think most participants will find them helpful
as well as interesting. Perhaps even insightful!
