Hi Nick

Checkout Narrative therapy, NLP and solution focused therapy as examples of
appreciative thinking in the mental health field.

The work of Milton Erickson is also a precursor to much of this thinking and has
been hugely influential in my understanding of the dynamics underlying
appreciative change process.
