I've been fortunate enough to be asked to be a formal mentor to a  
young and aspiring HR professional & was wondering if anyone on the  
list has undertaken this role & if so whether they have any materials  
they can either share with me or point me to.
If this is the 2nd time you've seen this message my apologies, I've  
had some issues with remembering my logon for the Ailist!
