I agree with what many have said. There is much useful in using AI in groups where bullying is occurring. It can have a profound impact on those not being bullied and can reach some bullies, as well. The difficulty though is that sociopaths tend to rise in the ranks in corporate culture, which is the real point of Snakes in Suits ( http://tinyurl.com/ysg5wj ) or the film The Corporation ( http://tinyurl.com/5orxdo )

When a peer is bullying, one can stand up to that or take it to someone in a higher position of power to address. But when the person is in a higher position, then it becomes more difficult. Ultimately, a person may need to leave an organization if a sociopathic person is in a high position of power. But then what happens when a sociopathic person becomes leader of a country? Or when the corporate culture becomes such that sociopaths are rewarded generally in most or many companies? The fact of hierarchy, and particularly a form of hierarchy that rewards sociopathic behavior, is at the heart of bullying and of what AI must grapple with.

In the end, culture is a massive leverage point. When a culture promotes and rewards sociopaths, so that they end up in positions of power, the forces driving that ultimately need to be addressed for the society to have more than just pockets of health.
