In AI, and in any Creative approach, you not only have to take into account
a vision of the results you want to create, but also your current reality,
your starting point. The important point I was trying to make and Howard
highlights is that the vision must drive the action, not the current
reality. So you start with it, get it clear, compelling ‹ through the
discover dream, and provocative propositions process. Then, as part of the
Design, you ground it in the reality of what is actually going on in an
organization or group. This helps you embrace and transcend any so-called
negatives (reality as it is) and enables your actions to both honour what is
and support what you want to create.

By the way, I¹m disturbed by the phrase ³doing AI onв. I¹d have thought it
would work better to ³do AI withв

Cheers!
