Shortly about bullying at work and AI. First when AI is used in a group, where there is bullying, I thing that the target is to make some effetc to the group and it's dynamics, not only to one bully. 

I have worked 5 years with people who were bullied at work. My opinion is, that bullying amongst adults is caused by organization which don't work properly. Because organizations are build of people in it, if the organization is "sick" , most of the people in it begun to react some way. Easiest way (and the one that has been learned before) might be bullying to have some feeling of security. That why I thing that it would be crucial, that in these organizations people really should think which kind of values they have. AI is a great way to help people see, what kind of values their everyday work has. 

There are bullies, who are so used in their way of doing, that they probably bully where ever they go. BUT the point is to make such organizations that recognice bullying and don't accept it.
