Hi Neil
The largest summit that I personally have facilitated was at the Toronto District School Board and we had about 1000 people at the session.  Prior to the session the students completed over 2400 interviews.   I have attached our AI Practitioner article.   We also have a write up and a video that was made for the event on the AI commons
