Hi
Kouzes and Posner' work on Leadership practices (LPI) was based on a huge
appreciative inquiry into ordinary people doing extraordinary things in the field
of leadership. Their original research was done long before Appreciative Inquiry
was developed. Their questions though were classic AI. "Tell me your best
experience of being a leader.." If you Google the LPI or Kouzes and Posner you
will find many references to their work
