Dear all

I am not sure that happiness and meaning are not related. The positive
psychology folk would suggest that meaning is a key component of happiness -
else we have the pusuit of hedonism - which is very different from happiness.

Was reading the book "Happier .." recently - Harvard prof retelling positive
psych in terms I can use in workshops and really enjoying his easy story
telling style ..

Cheers
