Bill,
How about something around what in the course had the most impact on them
and then discuss ways to use those learnings going forward, either in their
work or community.
Regards,
Mark

Subject: [Ailist] Appreciative Questions for Adjournment
Hello all,
I'm teaching a fourth year business course in group dynamics and teamwork.
For our last session, I want to model the adjournment of a team by using
appreciative questions and the World Cafe format.
I'd be interested in any thoughts you might have relative to questions one
might want to ask in this format relative to adjournment, teams and
appreciative processes. I want the students to have the opportunity to
experience the impact that a purposeful ending to a team can have.
Any thoughts would be appreciated and, as always, I'll be happy to compile
the responses I get and post them in a week or so.
Best regards,
Bill
