Hello from the South Pacific, all!

Here's one from my end of the world that came out of an IT merger project:

WE ARE A REAL COMMUNITY
 
A real community has:
-  Neighbourhood watch groups this means we look after each other
-  We jump the fence to borrow a cup of sugar, we share.
-  We collect your mail and feed your pets when you are on holiday, we back
each other up
-  Our kids play in each others yards, we trust each other
-  The community hall, we have a place to get together
-  We have low fences, the barriers are down

I could live there!
