There are so many ways to become inspired. Hope and optimism inspire
me, which is why the whole campaign and election of the U.S.
President-elect Obama was such a powerful and symbolic event. I drive
east into the rising sun each morning as dawn breaks over the valley,
which creates a daily inspiration and renews my hope. Other people
inspire me, both those in my midst and those whom I know only through
the virtual world. Here's one such person...

Thanks for this question! I love it!

For me, music has always invoked feelings/emotions/memories - there are
many
songs that come to mind...
One song that has been in my mind over the last couple of days is called
"Book of Days" by Enya - for me, it really makes me think about
possibilities - I can just feel a world of possibilities whenever I hear
this song!! Here is a link to the song:

I'm looking forward to hearing from others!

Have a great day!
Carolyn

To Andy Smith: "Titan Spiri" - Thats it- and hearing was a tears to eyes
moment for me - don't know why - it just was - the music for me captured
the
idea that "we can hope again" - - and "unyielding hope" was the
enduring
ideal that Obama ended with

To those who replied - I am most grateful and lets all just thank
ourselves that AI is here and so is this list.

And it brings a question to my mind, What is one of your enduring
values,
ideals, or emotions - and is there anything that symbolizes it for you
(such
as a particular scene from nature, a work of art or poetry, or, even, a
piece of music). What can you remember, when you want, that invokes
that
feeling or ideal?

Those five music notes from Titan Spirit -- C E C(1) A G have just
entered my list.

Many thanks to you all

Mike
