[Ailist] Suggestions Please

Zeb, this is a broad agenda, even for a one day meeting. I suggest engaging
the senior executives in a definition exercise to discover what positive
topic would crystallize what they want more of for the organization. These
four topics are all related to some dream of an ideal organization, so
getting them to articulate their desired state would set the stage for a
full-blown inquiry.

Good luck.

Subject: [Ailist] Suggestions Please

I am going to facilitate a one-day programme for very seniro executives of
an organisation. The focus of the meeting are

1. Organisation restructuring
2. Leadership for empowerment
3. Conquering the culture of indecision
4. Enabling environment for tapping people potential

I want to use AI approach in this programme. Any suggestions on how I can
go about it.

Thanks in advance
