Zeb,

I would encourage a broader introduction to AI--rather than a summit offer insight into Strengths-Based Organizing. The most recent issue of the AI Practitioner is loaded with articles on this that may help you. Are you a subscriber?

Regarding your list:

1. Restructuring for what? AI can support clarity on the "what". Without clarity, they will have a hard time achieving their goals.

2. Empowering who? for what purpose? to do what? I would suggest considering the Spiral Dynamics model of "who should lead whom to do what for what purpose for who living where wanting to do what". Leadership is very contextual!

3. Consider looking at "creating a culture of effective and open decision-making". To accomplish this you may want to address dialogue, action learning/research, collaborative learning, AI, cycles of action and reflection, etc.

4. By enabling environment, do you mean creating an organizational design that facilitates the sharing of knowledge and bringing together of strengths to achieve the collective potential? Ah, the million dollar question!

I am going to facilitate a one-day programme for very seniro executives of
an organisation. The focus of the meeting are

1. Organisation restructuring
2. Leadership for empowerment
3. Conquering the culture of indecision
4. Enabling environment for tapping people potential

I want to use AI approach in this programme. Any suggestions on how I can
