[Ailist] AI summit: how do you reconnect to yesterday's energy?

Katia,

Here are some suggestions:

1. Be intentional at the outset about creating a "field of energy" at the outset. Imbue it with intention. Have each person share their intention within the field at their tables. When you close for the day, close the field with a simple ritual and words that inspire folks to recognize the power they've created and the field will hold as they leave, etc., etc. In the morning, intentionally "open the field" again in the morning and build on the intention for the day. Have each person share briefly (30-60 seconds): check in, how was yesterday/evening, any dreams or thoughts, inspirations, hopes for today.

2. Use energizers or short activities that lead into Design and Destiny--where the energy often wanes--it's where the significant challenges lay, requiring long term commitment and understanding about what it takes to move towards the dream. It's not over after the summit.

3. Slide show with photos of the previous days, upbeat music, etc., as they walk in.
