Yes Katia, I also face such dilemas and during the same times. I have found
playing popular tones as the participants walk in for the second or third
day very envigorating as each one seem to come into a new world as soon as
they enter the room. I also ask participants to write down on a flipchart
and in one word how they describe their feelings at that moment in time. I
have also seen this work wonders.
