Congrats. Its indeed a great moment

Sixty years back Sardar Patel did it to 200+ small kings (many were of size
large than Nepal) in India. What a monumental contribution that has been. 
May of these kings converted palaces into hotels, but that ok. They now
have to worry about competition and earn right to livelihood everyday. 

I am truly jealous of UK (&Japan and other) Monarchy. 
Tons of state sponsored luxury & respect with no hard work needed to earn it
everyday. On top of it a job guarantee lasting for all generations ... Wow..
who will not love such life... and who will not love such fool citizens who
keep paying taxes so that few members of royal family have effortless luxury
for generations ...

Congratulations to Nepalese citizen for discovering the real freedom....
Let king earn his bread and butter through hard work and sweat...

Dear All,
One of the great Nepali poets once wrote - One Day in Decades Comes only on
One Day. He is true today in the case of Nepal. Today, Nepal has been
declared as 'A Republican Country.' This is the Day That has been Awaited by
all Nepalese for 240 years. We, Nepalese are no more People of any King from
today.  Rather we are free and we are going to rule ourselves. It's a VERY
VERY GREAT VICTORY of Nepalese. 

I, on behalf of NAINN and of myself, would like to congratulate to all
Nepalese to have been the citizen of 'Republican Nepal.' In this occasion, I
would like to share this Victory with you all, who have helped us to bring
this historical day in Nepal. We would like to congratulate you as well, for
your good wishes , for your contribution to transform conflict into peace,
and for your cooperation, support & help to make all this happen !

The official declaration of 'Republican Nepal' is made just 2 minutes ago.
The declaration is made from the recently elected 'Constituent Assembly'.
Now every Nepali is celebrating the Victory Day within and abroad the
country. 

Monarchy in Nepal is officially abolished from today. 

Let us enjoy the Victory ! Long Live Republican Nepal !
