[Ailist] Appreciative Inquiry Intro

To All:
 
I will be conducting a session for workers and supervisors on appreciative  
inquiry.
The workers are part of a group of direct support staff who along with  their 
supervisors will use appreciative inquiry at their respective program  sites. 
The purpose is to get a sense of what workers think about their work and  the 
role they play at their website.
 
Does anyone have a good outline that might be used?
 
I did the process with the workers and they really enjoyed the process. Now  
we are going to have them conduct a similar session at their site. The reason  
the supervisors are part of the process is so they understand what the 
workers  will do and possibly assist in the process.
