MSA Executive Search / Integrated Healthcare Strategies is leading the retained
search for the Vice President Organizational Development and Learning for the
nationally recognized University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, Ohio,
with a workforce of over 20,000 at seven wholly owned and four partnership
hospitals and 150 locations in Northeast Ohio.

This key HR leadership position provides the focal point for integration of the
Organizational Development and Training function system-wide. In this role,
the Vice President is responsible for the creation of strategy, as well as
development and implementation of change management initiatives and training
system wide. This executive will also be a key member of the newly forming
System HR senior leadership team reporting to the new Senior Vice President
Human Resources / Chief Human Resources Officer.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree and a track record of senior
human resources leadership with a complex organization in a highly competitive
market. Demonstrated accomplishments in creation of strategy, development and
direct implementation of large scale organizational change initiatives and
priority goal attainment are required. Successful development and execution of
employee development, career planning, and succession planning is a high
priority. Experience developing a Leadership Institute is a plus.
