[Ailist] AI in constitution

Dear All,
You may know that Nepal is going to write up a new people's constitution
very soon. NAINN is going to contribute in helping collecting people's
voices and vision using AI. Does any one know whether AI is used in the
process of writing constitution of any country? Can you share your ideas and
experience on how AI can be used more effectively to make a country's
constitution?
