Howdy AI team,
While I believe in the concept - and the practice, of appreciative feedback
and valuations; in addition to the intended use for organizational change,
to incorporate AI into performance reviews in large multi-national
performance management systems involves some systems design and training!
The "fit" issue is often a financial / legaly acceptable way to test if you
hired the correct person; in other words 50% of the reason is our own
inadequate capability in our hiring process and skills. Currently
organizations waste valuable training and development monies to crutch or
make up for bad recruitment and hiring decisions. Use behaviorial
interviewing with good job evaluation and descriptions and you will be able
to be more appreciative in your feedback and cost effective in your
training. (see HAY, Mercer, DDI)
