[Ailist] AI 1 to 1 questions using IT

Hi Richard

Here's a way we plan to use IT in an Ai context. We have first used AI
principles via a voice of the customer exercise to establish the key
functional requirements for delivering a service. We did this with a select
number of people representing a cross section of the organization. We now
plan to conduct a web based survey with a wider audience using questions
based on the main themes drawn from the initial interviews.

The benefit here is that it will allow us to get a quantitative analysis of
the requirements which is always a good help in selling the possible
investment and return for the project as a whole. The IT will help us
increase involvement and audience size with a more limited use of the
initial valuable resource of the interviewing teams.

I think the person to person contact is essential to draw out the main
source and themes of success and concerns so in that respect I see the IT
part as a practical supporting tool to the use of Ai principles in a
business world that seems to require data in order to function!!

Roger

Hi,
I am interested to know if anyone has used an IT solution to
replace interviews? I have the technology via a partner company to offer the
IT element I just wonder how much is lost when there isn't the human
interaction? Your feedback would be most appreciated. Kind regards, Richard
