[Ailist] A Conference on Story and Innovation -- Washington DC, May 10

Last July in Durham, the session I ran on storytelling was chock
full. And I was scheduled on the last session of the last day. It
told me that there are folks curious about this thing called
narrative or story and how it relates to our appreciative work.

For all of you who have been wondering why I keep talking about
narrative, there is an international conference on the use of
narrative in the workplace and any group setting. It will focus this
year on innovation with presentations by our own Leif Josefsson and
Deb Maher. There will be presenters from 6 countries around the
globe. It is a remarkable opportunity to see social constructionism
in action through story. Priced at $98, it is an amazing bargain.
