Hello,
I am preparing AI interview questions for a residential school that is
implementing a wellness initiative. The questions are being developed to
highlight the many dimensions of wellness not just the physical dimension.
I am pondering the introductory paragraph and the questions.... do I want
to give suggestions on the dimensions of wellness or just ask a basic
question such as "describe a time in your life when you felt at your best?"
Is it best to leave the question open ended or offer suggestions with the
opening paragraph and some suggestions of what being at your best may
mean... such as, "Maybe it was a time when you accomplished something,
overcame an obstacle or extended a kind gesture." As I have been practicing
AI I have tended to offer fewer suggestions. I feel if I guide them I may
limit their responses and of course my suggestions come from my reality. I
have a very strong background in wellness and I am eager for them to
understand this concept as multi-dimensional. They steering committee has
agreed, but they are still learning what that means. They are trusting me
to develop the questions. What do you think?
