At a fundraising conference this week-end  by Lynn Twist I saw a  
beautiful five-minute video clip on the book Blessed Unrest  by Paul  
Hawken and eagerly look forward to reading this book. Here is

Also, I am sure many of you have seen the CNN series on Heroes that  
features individuals and organizations doing remarkably good work in  
the world.  it is such a welcome and inspiring respite from the myopic  
treadmill of stories on depletion, destruction and divisiveness!

We are really excited about One HEART (Health Eduction and Research  
Tibet) being selected as a featured organization. This is an  
organization started by a nurse practitioner in Salt Lake City when  
the Dalai Lama asked her to help to impact the high birth mortality  
of  mothers and children in Tibet. I just joined the Advisory Board  
and am so excited by the good work this group is doing and now  
expanding to other countries.

Thought you might enjoy learning about One HEART and this series of  
powerful and positive stories of what is being done to enhance rather  
than destroy life every day!
