To try to get less of something also goes against the Law of Attraction 
and recent research findings from human neuroscience.  If I peacefully 
challenge you to NOT think of a yellow elephant for one minute, would 
you really be able to do that?  Most people would find that they cannot 
(which is normal).  They might be able to think of nothing for many 
seconds but suddenly the image pops into their minds, "...oh no, it's a 
yel...arrrghghhhh!.. no I didn't think of that...oh no, there it is 
again!"  This is in fact not surprisingm, since by saying "yellow 
elephant" I drew your focus to it, even if momentarily.  The 
subconscious part of your mind did the rest.

There is, of course, a way to sucessfully meet the challenge for over 
one minute, and this way is intergrated into the very structure of AI.
